About Me
A southern girl on a whirlwind adventure with Jesus! Born and raised in Louisiana, the Lord transplanted my husband and I to the desert in 2013. Just us, our cat Sofia, and whatever we could fit in a Ford Explorer.
From broken and lost to healed and walking in the ministry God called me to so many years before, our lives have truly been transformed.
I spend my days balancing three kids, work, marriage, ministry and the many relationships God has blessed me with.
I’m an outgoing introvert, so I love connecting with people, and hate crowds. My nose is usually in a book (or two) and I’m always trying to learn something new.
I have experienced so much of God’s goodness in my life and because of that, I’m Passionate about helping other women step into a life fully grounded in His perfect will.

We start with a discovery Call, usually about 30 minutes, to determine what direction you’re heading in, answer your questons and make sure we’re a great match.

Therapy is often oriented around the past (trauma, pain, etc) and healing focused. Therapy is good for mental and emotional distress.
Coaching is oriented towards the future (goals, next steps, etc) and is growth focused. Coaching is good for finding clarity and alignment.

Most of my coaching clients work with me over zoom as they are often in other areas of the country.
Local clients can choose zoom or we can meet in your home or a local coffee shop.
